The U.S. Centers for Disease Control reports that almost 26 million Americans have diabetes, and about 70 million American adults are pre-diabetic with a high risk for diabetes, heart disease and stroke.

Studies have shown that people with pre-diabetes who lose weight and increase their physical activity can help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes and in some cases return their blood glucose levels to normal and lower the risk of complications.

You and your guests are invited to join me to learn how diet and exercise can help you achieve your goals.
